1: Is this therapy or psychotherapy??
No. Clearwork™ and Inner Truth Wellness sessions are not psychotherapy and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition.
This work is non-clinical and experiential, focused on awareness, nervous system support, and internal clarity. It does not replace licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis support.
2: How is this different from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy often focuses on analysis, problem-solving, or discussing experiences from the mind.
Clearwork™ works differently. It supports your system in noticing and updating survival patterns through guided conversation, symbolic exploration, and nervous-system–informed processes without forcing, reliving, or fixing.
Many people seek this work when:
They’ve done therapy but still feel stuck in survival
Talking hasn’t fully shifted what their body holds

Clearwork is a therapeutic -like method that helps people explore their internal patterns, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs using their own words and imagery mapping without interpretation from the facilitator. This approach heals for several key reasons:

3: What is Clearwork™ exactly?
Clearwork™ is a trauma-informed, non-clinical method that supports awareness and integration of internal patterns shaped by prolonged stress, responsibility, trauma or life events.
Sessions use structured, consent-based conversation and symbolic awareness to help your system recognize safety, release outdated survival responses, and regain internal clarity without force or diagnosis.
4: What happens during a session?
Imagine your thoughts, feelings, and memories are like a knotted rope. In a session, we don’t yank on it we patiently follow one thread at a time. You lead. I ask questions that help your mind gently untangle what’s ready to release and reorganize. What typically happens is you get comfortable in your home somewhere like a couch or chair and we chat for a bit virtually before starting. Once I am clear and you are clear on where we are headed next then the session begins. It seems a bit weird at first if you have never expereinced talking with your metaphors and internal imagery but as you move through it you realize it is pretty neat what your body is doing. The results are real even if the metaphors or imagery seem different at times. Your body and mind are so wise. However your specific body works to untangle and shift patterns is worth trusting the process for.
5: Can this work help my relationship or family?
Yes. When one person becomes more clear, calm, and connected to themselves, it ripples outward.

6: Is this safe for kids or teens?
Yes. Clearwork is especially effective with children and teens because it honors their language, their pace, and their way of expressing emotions without pressure or analysis.
It creates emotional safety, helps reduce overwhelm, and builds self-trust.
7: How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different. Some feel a shift after one session, while others choose to explore over time.
There’s no required commitment, you can book one session, a short series, or ongoing support as needed. I myself have done this work for years and found I went more at first to shfit pressing and deep layers that needed support. Over time I went less often. Now I do sessions when I feel I may need a “tune-up” here and there.
8: Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! I offer sessions via secure video call. Most clients prefer doing sessions from the comfort of their own home.
